Therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities; such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, and more that enhance the body’s natural restorative functioning. Light to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm. Therapeutic massage can be used as a collaborative, supportive addition to conventional medical treatment of illness and injury, alleviating pain and stress, aiding soft tissue healing, and revitalizing the body. Also, regular massage can enhance health, providing relaxation, the release of muscle tightness, relief from anxiety and tensions, and balancing aspects of body/mind/spirit.

Add Aromatherapy for no extra cost. The use of specialized essential oils used to aid in relaxation, improve circulation, and help heal sore muscles and joints. Each oil has a different healing purpose.

AMMA THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Amma is a specialized form of Chinese massage therapy rooted in a philosophy based on Taoism dating back over 5000 years to the period of the legendary Yellow Emperor of China. Amma therapy combines deep tissue manipulation with the application of pressure, friction, and touch to specific points. While acupuncture inserts needles into the energy pathway to stimulate and move the energy, the Amma therapist relies primarily on the sensitivity and strength of the hands. Amma has proven to be an effective and powerful therapy for people of all ages for the promotion of health and well-being, prevention of illness, and treatment of specific diseases. Some of the benefits include relieving stiff neck with shoulder pain, lower back pain, muscular pain, indigestion, constipation, headaches, premenstrual syndrome, anxiety, poor sleep pattern, and stress.

REFLEXOLOGY FOOT MASSAGE
